Guljabeen Rahman

Guljabeen Rahman is the Director of Hopscotch Asian Women’s Centre, which works predominantly with Bangladeshi women and children in Camden.

Her specialist interests are in international development and equalities, with a particular focus on gender. She has worked as a Gender Consultant with UNICEF in Pakistan and as a Programme Manager with VSO (Voluntary Services Overseas) in Bangladesh. In the UK, she has significant community development experience, working with BME women’s groups in York, Durham and in Southwark. More recently, she worked as a Strategic Involvement Manager at Ealing Homes.
